As a youngster I was raised on a farm.   I was taught to appreciate nature and the animals we had around us.  My Father and I spent many hours with our animals, and in the forest with the wild animals.  He encouraged me to listen and watch how they communicated with each other.  I hopefully shared this secret with my children and now with yours.
